r Basic Cooking Instructions
- r 1 cup buckwheat grits
- r 3 cups water
- r 1/4 tsp. salt
r Directions: Bring 3 cups water and 1/4 teaspoon salt to a boil.Add 1 cup buckwheat grits, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes.Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk or milk substitute.Add almost any fruit or nuts.Makes 2 ½ servings.
