r (OP) 75-80 days – Indeterminate. This heirloom beefsteak tomato variety is a real pleaser. These produce fruit weighing a pound or more. One slice of this tomato will cover your whole sandwich or hamburger. The plants produce a big crop of tomatoes that tend to grow in clusters. Best harvested with pruners, as the stems tend to be well attached. This feature prevents the fruit from dropping off the vine when it gets so heavy though.
