Suggested Use
Insert test strip into Contour Next meter with contact bars facing you. Apply small drop of blood to either side of strip tip when meter prompts. Results appear in 5 seconds. Remove and dispose of used strip safely. Store strips in original vial with cap tightly closed. Use before expiration date printed on vial.
