r In a shallow saucepan, bring 3 Cups of water to a boil. Add a pinch of Edison Grainery’s Himalayan Pink Salt. Stir in 2 cups of Edison Grainery’s Roasted Kasha. Keep temperature on high and leave uncovered as the grain expands and soaks up the water. Once water is absorbed, reduce heat to low, cover, and allow to simmer for approx. 30 minutes or until desired texture is achieved. Ideal Kasha has a firm yet fluffy texture.
