Epsom salt has been the standard sore-muscle soak for two centuries. The science is straightforward: hot water relaxes muscle tension, and magnesium sulfate dissolved in that water gives the soak the mineral profile that bath cultures around the world reach for after physical work.
Epsom Sport adds three things to the standard Epsom: arnica flower extract (a long-running staple of bruise-and-strain liniments), menthol crystals for a cooling skin-feel, and eucalyptus oil for a clean, awake aroma. How to Use

Hot Bath, 1–2 Cups
Hot enough that you exhale when you sit down. One cup for moderate soreness, two for tournament-level recovery. Pour under the running tap to dissolve cleanly.

Soak 20 Minutes
20 minutes is the standard window. Hydrate during the soak — magnesium routines are easier on the body when you’re well-watered.

Out, Stretch, Sleep
A few easy stretches after the bath while muscles are warm and pliable. Then bed. Recovery happens in sleep; the bath sets it up.
