Lightly sweet, amber-colored and smooth, Lundberg Sweet Dreams ® Brown Rice Syrup is a nutritive sweetener that is a tasty alternative for those who watch their sugar intake.* Substitute rice syrup in place of sugar, honey, corn syrup, maple syrup or molasses. To substitute sugar, use 1 ¼ cup rice syrup for one cup sugar, using ¼ cup less of another liquid in the recipe.
