Suggested Use
Shake pen gently before use. Start application from inner corner of eye, drawing along lash line in smooth, continuous motion. For winged liner, extend line beyond outer corner and connect back to lash line. Allow 30 seconds to dry completely. Remove with oil-based makeup remover.
