Directions: Adults take 2 capsules 3 times per day with water at mealtimes.
Warning: Do not use if you are taking any medication. Do not use if you are undergoing hypoglycemic therapy, hormonal therapy, or anti-coagulant therapy, or are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Do not use if you are pregnant.
