Suggested dosage
For 6-18 years and adults: Take 1 tablet, 1-3 times per day. Dissolve one tablet in 250 mL of non-carbonated water and drink. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Tip: Do not put in carbonated water.
