Suggested Use:
Apply 2 to 3 thin coats of nail polish and air dry for 60 seconds or blow dry nail paint with hair dryer for 1 minute on warm heat/ low heat setting. Finish it up with Piggy Paint Basecoat for long lasting wear and Toapcoat for extra shine.
