r Never Hybridized: The einkorn wheat in these crackers has stayed the same for 14,000+ years, remaining pure, non-GMO, and free from hybridization with other wheat types or grasses. It contains only “A” gluten genomes, predating modern gluten concerns by many millennia.

r Easily Digestible: Made with 18-hour baker-fermented sourdough, these whole-grain crackers are gentle on the gut, nutrient-rich, and pesticide-free, thanks to einkorn’s natural defenses. With high fiber and low starch, they promote healthy digestion and balanced inflammation.
