Eucalyptus
The eucalyptus leaf is a long-known medicinal leaf. Studies show that eucalyptus contains a compound, cineole, that may safely fight viruses as well as help calm a cough by breaking up mucus.
Rosemary
Rosemary, a culinary herb, smells wonderful. It also contains the same compound, cineole, as eucalyptus, that has been found to help relieve a cough.
Mint
Menthol, found in peppermint, is a known decongestant.

How to Use
Place shower steamer on shower floor out of the direct stream of water. Allow some water to reach the steamer to activate it and allow it to fizz and disperse the infused oils.
