You will need 2 cups diced tomatoes. Mix the goodies in this packet with 2 cups diced tomatoes. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then dig in. In a pinch, one 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes will make a great salsa too!

Top with a splash of lemon juice and serve as dip or sandwich spread. Southwest Ranch Dip Mix the goodies in this packet with 2 cups sour cream. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then dig in.
