Directions
r Candied Red Walnuts: 1 cup Red Walnut pieces, 1/4 cup sugar/sugar substitute, 1 Tbsp. salted butter. Over Medium heat add butter, sugar and Red Walnut pieces to pan. Cook approx. 5 min, constantly stirring to avoid burning. Stir until all nuts are covered and sugar is melted. Transfer immediately to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Spread evenly to avoid clusters. Enjoy on salads, in desserts or as a delicious snack!
