Medicinal Ingredients:

Certified Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, tops)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Distilled water, certified organic alcohol

Dosage:

Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 mL (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
