Description
Mineral & ClayReset SoakEnd-of-Week RitualVegan
A reset soak. Mineral salts blended with clay and grapefruit oil — the bath that closes the door on a hard week.
“Detox” gets used loosely. Your liver and kidneys do the actual detoxing — bath salts don’t pull toxins through skin, no matter what the marketing says. What a long, hot, mineral-rich soak does do is help you sweat, soften your skin, and slow your nervous system down. That’s the version of “detox” this bath delivers.
The blend: sea salt and Epsom for the body soak, a small amount of bentonite-style clay for skin clarity, and grapefruit essential oil for a clean, awake scent that reads as fresh-start. The bath you run on Sunday night to draw a line under the week.
Who it’s for
📅
End-of-Week Reset
Sunday-night bath. Heavy week behind you. Fresh start in the morning.
💦
Post-Sweat Routine
After a long workout, sauna, or hot summer day. Mineral salt rinses the body off.
📚
Clear-Head Soakers
You don’t want a sleepy bath. You want a cleansing one.
🌿
Sensitive-Skin Friendly
Clay is gentler than scrubs. Mineral soak doesn’t strip the lipid layer.

Benefits
💧
Mineral Soak
Sea Salt + Epsom
Sea salt softens water and skin. Magnesium sulfate (Epsom) is the standard body-soak mineral — the same one in every gym-recovery routine.
🌋
Clay Clarity
Skin Reset
A measured amount of cosmetic clay disperses gently through the bath. Used in skin routines for centuries to absorb surface oils and refresh the skin’s feel.
🍊
Wake-Up Scent
Grapefruit Essential Oil
Grapefruit oil reads as fresh, clean, and energizing — not sleepy. The reason this is a reset bath, not a wind-down bath.
🧘
Honest Framing
Not a Medical Cleanse
Your liver, kidneys, and skin already detox you. This bath helps you sweat, soften and slow down. The line we won’t cross is calling it a medical cleanse.
How to Use
01
Hot Bath, Slow Pour
Hotter than warm. Pour 1 cup under running water and let the salt and clay disperse evenly. Don’t dump — the clay holds together better with a slow pour.
02
Soak 20–30 Minutes
Long soak is the point. Hydrate while you’re in there — keep a glass of water on the ledge. The heat will pull water out of you.
03
Rinse, Then Out
Quick clean-water rinse to remove any clay residue. Pat dry, moisturize lightly. Drink another glass of water before bed.
“Light a candle, set a 25-minute timer, leave the phone in the other room. The ritual matters as much as the salt.”
Ingredients
💧
Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom)
Body Soak
The classic muscle-soak mineral — dissolves clear and works through the warm-water routine. Sets the foundation for the recovery feeling.
🌊
Sea Salt
Mineral Base
Pure sea salt softens water and rinses skin clean. The all-purpose bath mineral.
🌋
Cosmetic Clay
Skin Clarity
A small percentage of finely-milled clay disperses evenly. Used in spa routines to absorb surface oils and refresh skin without harshness.
🍊
Grapefruit Essential Oil
The Scent
Cold-pressed grapefruit oil. Bright, clean, citrus — an awake-feeling scent rather than a sleep-feeling one. The reason this bath is a reset, not a wind-down.
